Rich vanilla and bold espresso over ice, finished with a heavy drizzle of buttery caramel sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
- Ice cubes
- Caramel sauce, to drizzle
Method
- 1Pour vanilla syrup into a tall glass and add ice.
- 2Fill almost to the top with cold milk.
- 3Slowly pour the espresso shots over the back of a spoon so it floats.
- 4Drizzle generously with caramel sauce in a crosshatch.
