Caramel Macchiato

Rich vanilla and bold espresso over ice, finished with a heavy drizzle of buttery caramel sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Caramel sauce, to drizzle

Method

  1. 1Pour vanilla syrup into a tall glass and add ice.
  2. 2Fill almost to the top with cold milk.
  3. 3Slowly pour the espresso shots over the back of a spoon so it floats.
  4. 4Drizzle generously with caramel sauce in a crosshatch.

Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew

Smooth, slow-steeped cold brew topped with a delicate, cascading float of vanilla-infused sweet cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lysso cold brew concentrate
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. 1Whisk cream, milk, and vanilla syrup until just thickened.
  2. 2Fill a glass with ice and pour over the cold brew.
  3. 3Slowly pour the sweet cream over the back of a spoon to float it on top.
  4. 4Sip without stirring for the cascading effect.
Mocha Frappé — Lysso recipe 3 min03

Mocha Frappé

A blended, slushy-style cold coffee that tastes like an elite chocolate milkshake with a kick of caffeine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1½ cups ice
  • Whipped cream, chocolate shavings

Method

  1. 1Add coffee, cocoa, sugar, milk, and ice to a blender.
  2. 2Blend on high until thick, slushy, and uniform.
  3. 3Pour into a chilled glass.
  4. 4Crown with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá) — Lysso recipe 6 min04

Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá)

An incredibly strong, slow-dripped dark roast brewed directly over a thick layer of sweet condensed milk and shaken with ice.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp coarse dark roast
  • 2–3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup just-boiled water
  • 1 cup ice
  • A phin filter (or moka pot)

Method

  1. 1Add condensed milk to a heatproof glass.
  2. 2Set the phin on top, add grounds, gently bloom with a splash of water for 30 seconds.
  3. 3Top with the rest of the water and let it drip — about 4 minutes.
  4. 4Stir until silky, then pour over a tall glass of ice.

Salted Caramel Cold Brew

A savory-sweet masterpiece featuring a bold cold brew base topped with a thick layer of salted caramel cold foam.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lysso cold brew
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. 1Whisk or froth cream, caramel sauce, and a pinch of salt until thick foam forms.
  2. 2Fill a glass with ice and pour over cold brew, leaving 2 cm at the top.
  3. 3Spoon the salted caramel cold foam on top.
  4. 4Finish with a final pinch of sea salt and an extra caramel drizzle.
